Dan Browning, Headteacher said “The five inspectors spoke to hundreds of students and staff over the three days of the inspection and I could not be more proud of what they found; happy, confident children and adults who have a shared sense of pride in our community. The report comments that ‘this is an environment in which children absolutely flourish’ and I couldn’t agree more.”

“I am extremely pleased that the report not only highlights the outstanding academic progress that our students achieve, but also the excellent opportunities and experience that form the heart of our ‘Wymondham Life’ provision. Inspectors were impressed with our extensive range of sporting activities, overseas trips and enrichment clubs such as Combined Cadets Force. They also highlighted the depth and breadth of opportunities on offer to enable our students to experience an abundance of cultures, faiths and religions.”

“Wymondham College is a truly unique national treasure. As the largest state boarding school, we offer an experience like no other and I feel honoured to lead such an exceptional community.”
