Never too young to be an Engineer

Or Design and Technology for Breakfast

As a Technology College we already offer Master classes in Technology, Maths, Science and ICT on a Saturday morning, working with Year 5 and 6 students coming to the College.

We really wanted to do more to support our Primary schools and early morning clubs are a great opportunity to do this by offering a free experience for the students.

Our STEM projects challenge students to think around problems and work together to come up with solutions, big or small. It is about new experiences and having fun.

There is something very magical about allowing students to see the value of Technology as a part of the whole curriculum, not just a subject on its own.

Projects include physics and design based activities, Hair Raising Electronics, Riveting Rivets, Dancing Puppets and Wobbly Robots.
