Wymondham College is fortunate to have Mr Ian Black as Actor in Residence.
Mr Black trained at Laines Theatre Arts and East 15 Acting School, regarded as two of the leading Musical Theatre and Method acting institutes in the country. He will aid the teaching of Drama at Wymondham with his practical knowledge of the acting industry and community theatre projects.
His professional experience ranges from TV work for the BBC, Pantomime, Theatre in Education tour of Italy to presenting gameshows and engineered fun at Thorpe Park.
Mr Black says "I'm looking forward to continuing the extra curicular classes such as KS4 Comedy Improvisation, Drama Club with Miss English, Theatre Masterclass with My fellow Actor in Residence Miss Weston and the challenge of co-choreographing with Miss Terry the full school musical."
