The students are publishing a recipe book on behalf of the school.
As you read this recipes are being gathered, layouts finalised and words counted and checked! The students are driving this project and, with the help of Miss Moore, hope to have it published by May 2010. The students are divided into two teams, the food consultants and the editors.
The students are using developed recipes which they will trial, taste and grade. Those that make the grade will be entered in the book. They have also had donations of recipes from national TV chefs, you will have to wait to see who!
The editing team are busy working with Breckland Print to sort out a final layout, word counts and picture formats. The students are also sourcing places to sell the book when it is finished.
