An update on the latest activity
Excellent progress was made on the garden last week with almost all of the raised beds built and filled, the polytunnel half done, and potatoes and strawberries going into the ground. Many thanks to all those parents, staff and students who have lent a hand so far, or who have made donations to the garden.
Garden clubs between now and Easter:
Friday 27th March 4-5pm
Saturday 28th March 12.30 until about 2pm
Wednesday 1st April 4-5pm
All parents, staff and students welcome no matter what level of experience you have. Come along and find out for yourself how fun it is to grow your own fruit and veg!
To get to the garden, use the first entrance and follow signs for ‘deliveries’, going past the sports hall and then the library, until you get to the refectory. The garden can be found at the end of the road to the right.
